are not a professional, but are an avid photographer. You own a 2 or
3 mega-pixel digital camera, have a PC or MAC at home with a
photo-realistic printer, and are comfortable using entry level image
editing software like Adobe Photoshop Elements.
You've been making prints from your digital files and are not satisfied with the color quality or with the amount of trial and error it takes to get them right.
